Keep Well Health Check

In partnership with NHS Lanarkshire, we offer carers a keep well health check with a dedicated Keep Well Nurse. This health check includes checking your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels and is an opportunity to discuss health related problems or worries you may have.
